The program will contain three
components:
- Healthy Living and Exercise
- Art/Creative Expression
- International Issues- will also concentrate on
healthy living, self-image, and identity.
The schedule will be as follows:
- 5:00-5:30- Exercise
- 5:30-6:00- Healthy Living discussion and questions,
healthy living tasks
- 6:00-6:30- International or Arts/Creative Expression
